IT Architect – MES Digital Execution System
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking an IT Architect – MES Digital Execution System to support their state-of-the-art Clinical Trial (CT) API manufacturing facility. This role plays a key part in designing and implementing a robust Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to drive a paperless, high-tech production environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead MES Architecture & Implementation: Develop integrated IT solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturing, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
- Drive Digital Transformation: Implement paperless execution strategies and align IT systems with business objectives.
- Ensure System Security & Compliance: Develop secure IT systems that protect company data and meet regulatory standards.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Process Engineers, Operations, Quality, and Scientists to resolve IT-related issues.
- Oversee Integration with Other Systems: Ensure MES compatibility with Automation, Laboratory, and Global IT platforms.
- Validate IT Platforms: Lead or support Computer System Validation (CSV) and Data Integrity compliance.
What You Should Bring:
- Expertise in MES Technologies: Rockwell PharmaSuite, Emerson Syncade, Siemens Camstar, Werum PAS-X.
- Strong Technical Knowledge: SAP, LIMS, DeltaV, MQTT, UNS, Aveva PI, Data Lakes, JMP, Tableau, Power BI.
- Software Development Skills: Python, JSON, YAML, SQL, GitHub, C#, XML, REST, OPCUA, Web Development.
- Experience in API Manufacturing: 3 years of experience in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing.
- IT Architecture & System Validation: Proven background in Computer System Validation (CSV) and Data Integrity compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical MES and API manufacturing facilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
