JOB SUMMARY:

Our Award Winning Client, a national leader in healthcare services, is seeking a Manager for their Cardiovascular Lab in Westminster, MD. The Manager will perform routine and specialized procedures on patients as prescribed by a physician and directed by department protocol. Under the supervision of the Executive Director of Cardiovascular Services, this role utilizes leadership skills to coordinate patient care activities of the department and serves as a unit liaison to the director, medical staff, and other areas. Responsibilities include delegating tasks, ensuring effective communication among team members, advising and teaching associates, and evaluating care delivered. The Manager collaborates with the director to facilitate operational changes and works with the cardiovascular team to implement performance improvement initiatives. Additionally, they oversee departmental supplies and budgets in collaboration with the Executive Director, ensuring compliance with departmental standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree
• 2-4 years of cardiovascular and intervention experience required, including supervisory experience
• BLS - Basic Life Support
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be flexible and adept at handling changing demands, employing problem-solving skills, organizing and prioritizing work, and maintaining accuracy in details.
• Cognitive perception necessary to perceive and maintain detail.

Skills and Certifications:

• 2-4 years of RN Leadership Cardiovascular experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Security Clearance Required: No
• Visa Candidate Considered: No
