Key Responsibilities

• Technical Operations Management:
• Oversee MRI services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and departmental goals.
• Uphold safety protocols and deliver high-quality, accurate imaging services.
• Staff Scheduling:
• Develop and maintain efficient staffing schedules to support workflow and patient care needs.
• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new team members to create a skilled and cohesive team.
• Clinical Support:
• Perform MRI technologist duties as needed to support patient care and departmental operations.
• Mentorship:
• Mentor and guide staff, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and a positive work environment.
• On-Call Participation:
• Participate in the weekend on-call rotation to ensure consistent support and service delivery.

Qualifications

Education:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from an accredited Medical Radiographic Program.

Certifications:

• Advanced certification in MRI (required).

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of MRI experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in radiology or imaging services.

Skills:

• Expertise in MRI imaging techniques and radiology workflows.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in imaging services.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to foster team collaboration and maintain high performance standards.
