Key Responsibilities
- Technical Operations Management:
- Oversee MRI services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and departmental goals.
- Uphold safety protocols and deliver high-quality, accurate imaging services.
- Staff Scheduling:
- Develop and maintain efficient staffing schedules to support workflow and patient care needs.
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new team members to create a skilled and cohesive team.
- Clinical Support:
- Perform MRI technologist duties as needed to support patient care and departmental operations.
- Mentorship:
- Mentor and guide staff, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and a positive work environment.
- On-Call Participation:
- Participate in the weekend on-call rotation to ensure consistent support and service delivery.
Qualifications
Education:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from an accredited Medical Radiographic Program.
Certifications:
- Advanced certification in MRI (required).
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of MRI experience.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in radiology or imaging services.
Skills:
- Expertise in MRI imaging techniques and radiology workflows.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in imaging services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to foster team collaboration and maintain high performance standards.
