Full-Time | Sanford, NC 27330
Position Overview:
As a Nurse Manager, you will:
- Supervise and direct daily operations of the ICU, Med-Surg, and Telemetry units.
- Ensure policy and procedures compliance.
- Maintain safe staffing levels, equipment availability, and smooth patient flow.
- Drive quality and performance improvement initiatives.
- Support staff development, training, and competency assessments.
- Foster a positive, patient-centered environment.
- Communicate effectively with leadership, including the Director of Inpatient Services and CNO.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
- Active RN license in North Carolina.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
Nice-To-Haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Previous management or leadership experience.
- Recent bedside patient care experience.
Location – Sanford, NC
