Nurse Manager – ICU, Med-Surg, and Telemetry
Location: Sanford, NC
Schedule: Primarily Day Shifts (Monday–Friday), with occasional night shifts as needed

We are seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee the ICU, Med-Surg, and Telemetry units—playing a vital role in delivering exceptional care, supporting staff development, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the ICU, Med-Surg, and Telemetry units to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
- Manage staffing needs, resource allocation, and patient throughput.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient outcome enhancements.
- Mentor, coach, and support clinical staff through education and professional development.
- Cultivate a collaborative, team-oriented environment with a strong focus on patient satisfaction and safety.
- Serve as a liaison to senior leadership, including the Director of Inpatient Services and Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
Qualifications
Required:
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Active RN license in the state of North Carolina
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Prior experience in a nurse management or leadership capacity
- Recent direct patient care experience
