Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 operational oversight of the Cath Lab department to meet and exceed patient care standards.

- Develop and monitor departmental goals and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education:
- Must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on clinical nursing experience.

Licenses/Certifications:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Nevada.
- Active ACLS and BCLS certifications.
