Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care (90%):
- Provide direct patient care in Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, or similar disciplines.
Administrative Leadership (10%):
- Oversee center operations and process management.
- Lead and mentor healthcare teams, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and patient care standards.
Schedule
- Full-time role with no weekend shifts.
- Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule while leading a dynamic care center.
Qualifications
Education:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited university.
Licensure:
- Valid Medical Doctor (MD) license in the state of California (CA).
Board Certification:
- Required in one of the following:
- Family Medicine
- Occupational or Preventive Medicine
- Internal Medicine
- Emergency Medicine
- Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of directly applicable clinical experience preferred.
Specialties:
- Proven expertise in Family Practice, Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Department settings.
