Clinic Medical Director
Full-Time Onsite Position

- Internal Medicine
- Emergency Department (ED)

Required Qualifications:
- Active licensure in the state of jurisdiction
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Occupational or Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or PM&R
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position with no weekends
- 90% clinical duties involving direct patient care
- 10% administrative responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor clinical staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on development and growth
- Oversee patient care management, ensuring excellent outcomes
- Implement and refine clinical model processes while maintaining accurate billing and records
- Ensure compliance with state practice acts, rules, regulations, and workers' compensation laws
Education and Credentials:
- Board certification or eligibility highly preferred
- Occupational medicine experience is preferred, but training will be provided for otherwise qualified candidates
- Must hold an unrestricted DEA license in the state of jurisdiction
- Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program
- Must be eligible to participate in Medicare
- US Citizenship or Green Card holders only
