Clinic Medical Director
Full-Time Onsite Position

Our Award-Winning Client, a nationally recognized healthcare organization, is seeking an experienced Clinic Medical Director to lead their innovative team. Key Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Family Practice
  • Occupational Medicine
  • Internal Medicine
  • Emergency Department (ED)

Required Qualifications:

  • Active licensure in the state of jurisdiction
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Board certification in Family Medicine, Occupational or Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or PM&R
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position with no weekends
  • 90% clinical duties involving direct patient care
  • 10% administrative responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor clinical staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on development and growth
  • Oversee patient care management, ensuring excellent outcomes
  • Implement and refine clinical model processes while maintaining accurate billing and records
  • Ensure compliance with state practice acts, rules, regulations, and workers' compensation laws

Education and Credentials:

  • Board certification or eligibility highly preferred
  • Occupational medicine experience is preferred, but training will be provided for otherwise qualified candidates
  • Must hold an unrestricted DEA license in the state of jurisdiction
  • Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program
  • Must be eligible to participate in Medicare
  • US Citizenship or Green Card holders only
