Job Title: Clinic Medical Director
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Medical Director to lead our clinical team in providing exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Mentor, train, and guide our clinical staff to foster professional growth and deliver the highest quality patient care.
- Patient Care: Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Clinical Excellence: Implement and monitor adherence to our established clinical model playbook, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring accurate documentation and billing practices.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a treatment environment that fully complies with all relevant regulations, including the State Practice Act, Workers' Compensation regulations, and other applicable standards.
Qualifications
- Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Residency: Completion of an accredited residency program.
- Board Certification (Preferred): Family Medicine, Occupational or Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R).
- Licensure: Valid and unrestricted California Medical Doctor (MD) license. Unrestricted DEA license. Eligibility to participate in Medicare programs.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Family Practice, Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
