Position Overview:
The Plant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the facility's operations, driving efficiency, ensuring safety, and optimizing financial performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Oversight: Direct overall budget planning, financial controls, and cost management to drive profitability.
