This role offers the opportunity to shape mission-critical solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing proposal activities, and ensuring alignment with industry and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Proposal Development & Management
- Oversee all aspects of proposal creation, including scheduling, resource coordination, and deliverables management.
- Work closely with the Capture Manager to translate winning strategies into structured, compelling, and compliant proposals.
- Implement detailed review strategies such as Pink Team, Red Team, and Gold Team evaluations.
- Ensure timely production, submission, and delivery of proposals.
- Strategic & Technical Expertise
- Leverage knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, AR/VR, and Cloud Native solutions to develop forward-thinking proposals.
- Provide real-world examples of successfully managed proposals aligned with aerospace and defense industry missions.
- Stay informed on evolving technologies in cyber, RF, undersea, and interstellar domains to address complex client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) with 8 years of relevant experience; or
- Master’s Degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Proven success in managing defense or aerospace sector proposals.
- Strong understanding of advanced missions, technologies, and product applications.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Creative problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Security Clearance Requirements
- Required: Department of Defense Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe.
- Preferred: Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to the nature of the work.
