Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join their dedicated team in Derry, PA. In this role, you will provide essential in-home health care, assisting patients in their own homes and delivering compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive home health care to patients in Derry, PA, and surrounding areas.
- Complete patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and administer treatments.
- Document patient progress, update records, and ensure timely communication with the healthcare team.
- Participate in on-call shifts as needed, providing coverage outside of regular hours.
Requirements
- Active RN License in Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience; Home Health experience is preferred.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (or higher).
- BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association (AHA); ACLS is also accepted.
- Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Transportation, and Auto Insurance.
- Willingness to travel to patient homes.
Position Details
- Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- On-call requirement: 1 on-call shift per week (5:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and 1 weekend per month.
- Comprehensive 6-week RN onboarding program to set you up for success.
- Travel position with mileage reimbursement provided.
- Full benefits package including Health, Dental, and Vision.
- $15,000 bonus, paid out quarterly.
