Registered Nurse – Home Health

About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (Home Health) to provide high-quality, in-home care to patients in the Scranton, PA area. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care and develop individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and monitor patient conditions to ensure optimal care.
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and implement other nursing interventions.
- Maintain accurate patient records for seamless communication with healthcare teams.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
Experience & Education
- Minimum of one year of professional RN experience (home health experience preferred).
- Associate degree or higher in nursing.
Licenses & Certifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
- Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification (required).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS) certification (preferred).
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
What to Expect
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- On-Call Rotation: Every 4-8 weeks, Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Pay Structure: Pay-per-visit.
- Training: Comprehensive six-week RN onboarding program.
- Travel Reimbursement: Mileage reimbursement provided.
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000, paid quarterly.
