Qualifications

Required:

• Associate degree or higher in nursing
• Minimum of one year of RN experience (home health experience preferred)
• Active RN license in Illinois
• At least one of the following certifications:
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Willingness to travel as needed for the role

Preferred:

• RN license number (required for submission)

Position Overview

A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join its growing team in Tamaroa, IL. This role offers an opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a home setting while ensuring comfort and personalized support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients, primarily geriatric
• Travel to patient homes within a 45-minute to 1-hour radius of Tamaroa, IL
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and manage personalized care plans
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation
• Complete a comprehensive six-week RN onboarding program

Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: Monday–Friday with flexible hours; minimal weekend shifts annually
• Pay Structure: Pay-Per-Visit model with a guaranteed stipend during orientation
• Orientation Pay Guarantee:
• $3,000 per pay period stipend for the first four months
• Estimated Annual Earnings: $77,000–$100,000
• Per Visit Rate: $42–$52 per visit (Rate Chart available)

Bonuses & Incentives

• $15,000 sign-on bonus (paid quarterly)
• Performance-based bonus of $1,000 per quarter
• Unlimited income potential
