Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the labor and delivery unit, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for the nursing team.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution is required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
- At least 1-2 years in a progressive leadership or management role.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
- Active ACLS, BCLS, and NRP certifications.
