Full-Time Onsite Position
Title: Registered Nurse (Med Surg)
Location: Tri-State Area, Arizona
Compensation: $20,000 Sign-On Bonus Relocation Assistance for 3-Year Commitment

Position Summary:
As a Registered Nurse in the Med Surg unit, you will provide direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with relevant scope and standards of practice.
Must-Haves:
- Associate degree from an accredited nursing program
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Med Surg RN
- Arizona RN license and/or Compact State RN License
Nice-To-Haves:
- 3 years of RN experience in Med Surg
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
Job Skills and Technical Skills:
- Proficient in patient assessment and care planning
- Competent in administering medications and treatments
- Skilled in monitoring patient vital signs and conditions
- Familiar with electronic medical records systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Shift: Nights - 12-hour shifts
