Sales Representative – Commercial

Key Responsibilities
- Engage in proactive sales efforts for new and existing customers, incorporating cross-selling, upselling, and repeat sales strategies.
- Identify and assess new sales opportunities, building long-term sales strategies to enhance client relationships and expand market presence.
- Develop and execute sales proposals and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Manage customer interactions through a CRM system, ensuring streamlined sales processes and client engagement.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets by driving consistent and effective sales strategies.
- Conduct regular sales calls and on-site visits, evaluating customer needs and recommending customized energy solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in business development, prospecting, and pipeline growth.
- Strong knowledge of power generation and temperature control equipment applications.
- Proven ability to identify market opportunities and navigate the sales territory effectively.
- Demonstrated success in maintaining a minimum annual sales budget of $2 million, showcasing strong sales capabilities.
- General understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, energy storage, and load banks to facilitate informed sales discussions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Technical background or trade school education in Power Generation, HVAC, or Temperature Control Equipment.
- Established network of contacts and book of business within the building and construction sector.
- Previous experience in technical solutions selling.
