What You’ll Do:
- Lead full-cycle sales efforts from prospecting to closing, targeting Data Center customers.
- Develop and maintain key client relationships through cold calling, account management, and presentations.
- Sell equipment rental and services within the data center industry, with a focus on power, cooling, and energy solutions.
- Track sales activities and manage pipeline through CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales strategy to maximize market potential.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-7 years of direct sales or technical sales experience in a structured corporate setting.
- Proven success in developing new accounts and delivering solution-based sales.
- Background in construction and data center builds is highly preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for business growth.
- Knowledge of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution, energy storage, and load banks is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Proven ability to maintain a sales quota of $3M annually.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
Additional Details:
- Travel: Up to 60% within the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
- Management Level: Mid-Level; reports to Sales Manager.
- Compensation: Competitive base salary with uncapped commission.
