Reporting to the Plant OPEX Manager , this position offers a dynamic and growth-oriented environment with the opportunity to lead high-impact projects and develop cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead and support Focused Improvement Teams to identify and eliminate operational losses.
  • Align initiatives with organizational strategic goals to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Project Management

  • Execute Continuous Improvement ( CI ) projects across safety, quality, delivery, and cost dimensions ( SQDC ).
  • Implement data-driven solutions to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) , waste reduction, and labor productivity.
  • Capability Development

  • Coach and develop teams in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Lead breakthrough Kaizen events to achieve measurable results.
  • Governance and Metrics

  • Track and report on the status of CI projects, ensuring alignment with organizational KPIs.
  • Maintain and sustain a multi-year Cost to Win (CTW) portfolio , allocating resources effectively.
  • Collaboration and Alignment

  • Cascade Key Performance Indicators ( KPIs ) to align teams with strategic goals.
  • Ensure initiatives align with the company's deployment and governance processes.
  • Required QualificationsTechnical Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Lean and Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience in a plant setting.
  • Key Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication, effective across all organizational levels.
  • Proven expertise in project or program management .
  • Financial acumen with the ability to develop compelling business cases.
  • Experience in multi-site, multi-cultural environments.
