Night Shift Sonographer
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sonographer to join our Ultrasound Team for night shifts in a cutting-edge hospital environment. In this role, you will provide high-quality diagnostic imaging while working in a collaborative and patient-centered setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Diagnostic Ultrasounds: Conduct imaging procedures following established protocols, adjusting techniques to meet patient needs.
- Ensure Diagnostic Accuracy: Capture additional imaging when necessary to support precise clinical assessments.
- Collaborate with Medical Teams: Work alongside physicians and healthcare professionals on both routine and complex cases.
- Stay Up to Date: Maintain expertise in the latest ultrasound technologies and best practices.
Schedule
- Sunday: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Monday – Wednesday: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Occasional on-call duties may be required.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduation from an accredited program in Sonography, Radiologic Technology, or a related field.
- Active ARDMS registration in ABD or OB/GYN.
- At least two years of experience as a Sonographer.
Preferred:
- Experience in a Level I Trauma Center.
- Familiarity with Epic EMR.
