Key Responsibilities
- Provide all levels of care to patients
- Support patients in surrounding areas
- Meet critical deadlines for charting
- Self-manage time and schedule
- Demonstrate experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
- Monday through Friday, day shift
- No weekends, on-call, or holidays
- Salary: $80K – $85K (salaried)
- Full-time: 40 hours per week; 28 points per week
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, day shift (No weekends, on-call, or holidays)
- Must have:
- IL RN license
- Minimum 1 year of licensed RN experience in a hospital setting (Med-Surg, Telemetry, ER, or ICU preferred)
- 2 years of home health experience
- Schedule: Monday through Friday on the day shift; no weekends, on-call or holidays
- Coverage area: Highland Park, Lake Forest, North Chicago, Grayslake, Gurnee, Antioch, Wauconda, Mundelein & surrounding. *Coverage area is larger as this position would be supporting employees on PTO, LOA & vacant positions. If workload is slow, may work out of our Northbrook office with chart audits, mentoring, etc.
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
