Required:
- Associate degree or higher
- Hospice (2 years)
- 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR
- TruChart EHR
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
- Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)?
- Are you okay with the required travel for this position?
- Please provide your RN License number. (Required for Submittal)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide management and delivery of patient care plans
- Support patients in Lewisburg, PA, and surrounding areas
- Reward the accomplishment of key achievements during the first year
- Schedule: Mon-Thu 5 pm-8 am (on-call during this timeframe), no weekends
- Compensation: Approximately $80K plus $15K Sign-On Bonus
- Title: Hospice RN, After Hours ($10,000 Bonus)
- Location: Lewisburg, PA
- Territory/Driving Expectation: All of North Central PA team, including the following counties: Northumberland, Snyder, Union, Montour, Columbia, Lycoming, Clinton, Sullivan
- Desired Experience: Hospice/Home Health, Critical/Acute Care (Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, Emergency Dept, Oncology); open to long-term care
- Compensation: $80K/year
- Schedule: Mon-Thu 5 pm-8 am (on-call during this timeframe), no weekends
Salary : $15,000 - $80,000
