Required:
- Associate degree or higher
- Hospice (2 years)
- 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR
- TruChart EHR
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
- Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)?
- Are you okay with the required travel for this position?
- Please provide your RN License number (Required for submittal).

Key Responsibilities
- Provide management and delivery of patient care plans.
- Support patients in Harrisburg, PA, and surrounding areas.
- Reward the accomplishment of key achievements during the first year.
- Schedule: Friday-Sunday, 8 am-8 pm, with no on-call responsibilities.
- Compensation: Approximately $80K per year plus a $15K sign-on bonus.
- Title: Hospice RN, Weekends ($15,000 Bonus)
- Location: Harrisburg, PA
- Territory/Driving Expectation: Central PA Purple Team, covering Dauphin, York, and Lebanon counties.
- Desired Experience: Hospice/Home Health, Critical/Acute Care (Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, Emergency Dept, Oncology); open to long-term care.
- Compensation: $80K/year.
