Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to both new and existing clients
- Assist customers with purchases, service activations, and billing inquiries
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to educate customers about available services
- Promote services and solutions to foster strong customer relationships
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, retail, or supervisory roles is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks
- Highly organized and growth-oriented mindset
- Fluency in Spanish is required
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- At least one year of sales experience is preferred
- A valid driver’s license is preferred
