Responsibilities

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring products are well-displayed and readily available.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Supervise retail activities as needed, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Apply basic math skills for inventory management and sales reporting.
- Assist in training new staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or a grocery store environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is beneficial for managing stock levels and sales data.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team setting.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and at least one other language.
- Experience in supervising or mentoring others is a plus.
