Compensation: $13.50 to 18.00 plus per hour with bonuses.

What is your role:
- Approach customers with confidence and a smile, Greet.
- Sell cellular devices and wireless solutions in a one-on-one selling and ask customers to provide feedback on customer service experience.
- Ability to hit store goals.
- Deliver excellent customer service, making this the kind of experience a customer will tell their friends about
- Complete online training for product and promotion knowledge and ensuring team members have completed the training.
- Assess customer's needs and concerns as you build a genuine relationship with them.
- Build customer trust, educate your customer, and offer solutions that pave the way for a potential Metro by T-Mobile sale.
- Tailor to each customer the right plans (right fit guide), device, and accessories for their needs
- Troubleshoot phones.
- Need to know how to use a computer for POS, excel, mobile app and process check out.
Must have:
1. Desire to be part of a team and be an effective team player. Passionate about customer service and more willing to help customers when it comes to their needs and wants.
2. Competitive driven in reaching sales and performance goals.
3. Committed to provide service and work alongside supervisors and co-reps.
4. Be able to grab opportunities in sales transactions, to offer other services to customers.
5. Be bilingual in Spanish and English. (Not Required)
6. Ability to constantly learn about new products and store procedures.
7. Have an understanding of Android and iPhone devices will be very helpful.
8. Able to handle cash correctly and use a computer.
9. Be proactive in helping store with stocking/inventory and keeping the store looking nice.
Top performers will be on path to become Assistant Manager and Store Manager.
Experience:
retail: 1 year (Preferred Not Required)
customer service: 1 year (Preferred Not Required)
