Duties

- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance
- Handle transactions accurately using basic math skills for cash handling and retail math
- Supervise junior staff members when necessary, ensuring adherence to store policies
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries
Experience
- Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting
