Responsibilities

- Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions and returns.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Supervise stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting effectively with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus but not required.
