JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and selling Metro by T-Mobile products to new and existing customers. The associate will focus on cultivating an outstanding customer experience. The associate must have the ability to achieve store/individual sales goals while handling daily operations.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: * Actively engage customers to understand their needs on wireless services and products. * Demonstrate a strong understanding of products, services, and current promotions. * Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude. * Develop positive relationships with customers.
