Retail Store Representative

Join the Metro by T-Mobile team at Saif Communications Inc., a Premier Metro by T-Mobile Master Agent, as a Retail Store Manger. Retail Store Managers are responsible for sales and operational performance of the retail location(s), while complying with governmental and company policies and procedure, in order to achieve company goals and objectives.
General Job Duties:
· Responsible for sales and operational performance of the retail location(s); this may include: hiring, training, motivating, coaching and staffing of employees. Ensuring full compliance with governmental and company policy and procedure compliance; this may include: cash handling, property maintenance, inventory management, time tracking, technology use and safety, amongst others. Organizing and overseeing marketing efforts in order to positively impact current and potential customers. Understand and utilize overall, local and individual metrics in order to drive team success.
· Act as the lead sales representative, this may include: educating employees on current promotions and services, welcoming and greeting customers, gaining an understanding of customers needs, individualizing product and service suggestions and demonstrations based on customer needs, conducting demonstrations of available products, assisting customers with technology related questions, resolving customer inquiries, as well as coaching employees on customer service and sales strategies.
· Organizing, overseeing and participating in marketing efforts, both inside and outside of the retail location in order to facilitate positive brand recognition, maintain current customer satisfaction as well as to establish new customers; this may include: posting and interacting on various social media platforms, outbound calling, distributing and explaining company literature, posting signage outside of retail location, coordinating team participation in community events, suggesting unique marketing strategies to upper management in accordance with governmental and company policies and procedures.
· Immediate and detailed reporting to upper management regarding situations in which unsafe, unlawful or unethical operational or behavioral situations are currently, or potentially, occurring.
- Assuring full team participation and engagement in all company trainings and meetings.
· Additional tasks, duties, or projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate in English (speak, read, comprehend and write) is required
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, holidays as well as on call is required
- Ability to represent the brand by adhering to all appearance guidelines (In summary: T-Mobile “Retail Ready” top worn on outer layer, full length dark blue/black jeans with no tears or rips, closed toe athletic sneakers in black, gray, white or magenta, approved name badge, etc.) as well as assuring employee compliance is required
- Ability to work at an on site retail location is required
- Previous work experience in a customer facing setting is required
- Previous experience in hiring, educating and motivating a small team, 10 employees or less, is required
- Previous experience resolving customer concerns is required
- Ability to work in an organized and efficient manner with minimum supervision is required
- Previous experience utilizing a point of sale system, computer, phone and/or tablet is required
- Previous prepaid cellular industry experience is highly preferred
- Previous sales experience is highly preferred
- Ability to travel between multiple locations is preferred
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages is preferred
