Job Overview
Mobile Sales Assistant Store Managers work as a member of our local leadership team to bring the Metro by T-Mobile brand to life. They’re ambassadors of our brand who build energy and excitement around our products and services. They're driven to focus on their store targets and take accountability to ensure success. They're passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, where customer needs, and the retail experience are continuously evolving. They immerse themselves in significant connections with our customers. They continuously work to build expertise in wireless knowledge and have a passion to educate, demonstrate and recommend device and service solutions to both those they lead as well as the customers in their area. This role is a continuous learning role, where leaders are working with their team and proactively using their current skills while building different skills and proficiencies. As a Mobile Sales Assistant Store Manager, you will be required to successfully complete new employee training before earning bonus for sales.

Compensation range is inclusive of hourly rate & commissions/bonuses.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales & service.
• Focus on the overall success and profitability of your assigned store.
• Work closely with the Market Director to achieve your store goals.
• Assess customer needs, provide assistance, and information on product features.
• Welcome customers to the store, answer their inquiries, & provide solutions.
• Follow & achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, weekly, & daily basis.
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
• Maintain in-stock, and in presentable condition, assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
• Handle returns of merchandise.
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion.
• Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology.
• Maintain the front and back of the store with cleanliness.
• Share prior experience tactics with newer associates.

Education:

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)

Work Experience:

• 2 years of continuous proven supervisory commission sales management experience. (Required)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Provide a passionate customer experience with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Willingness to work alongside peers and other store leaders while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Proficiency in the English language. (Required)
• Proficiency in the Spanish language. (Preferred)
• Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
• Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including Saturdays & Sundays.

Licenses and Certifications:

• At least 21 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
