Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to lead our Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) program by ensuring excellent mental health support is provided to the people we serve.
Qualifications (only one of the following required):
- Hold one of the following licenses: LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT
- Qualify as a Mental Health Professional (Master's Degree with 4,000 hours of supervised experience delivering clinical services).
- Be a registered nurse who is certified as a clinical specialist or as a nurse practitioner in adult or family psychiatric and mental health nursing.
- Be an individual licensed by the Board of Psychology who has demonstrated competencies in the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness.
Job Duties
- Oversee programming and provide clinical supervision to staff delivering mental health services
- Write and/or sign off on Individual Treatment Plans and train appropriate staff for implementation
- Develop and provide services that improve mental health, independent living skills, and personal needs of clients
- Analyze and provide monthly reports from the data compiled
- Provide education and training to employees or caregivers who implement the support plan
- Document notes in the client record as needed; outlining current status, risk factors, and suitability for treatment
