Job Overview
The Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker (Mental Health Technician) is a member of our team focused on providing residential mental health services. By supporting our residents, you will be helping restore their health and give them the skills needed for independent living.
Open Shifts:
We currently have openings for overnight positions in Inver Grove Heights and West St. Paul.
Job Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents and assist with behavioral tailoring interventions
- Provide training on basic living and social skills
- Conduct safety checks (at least hourly during waking hours and at least twice during overnight hours)
- Support recipient’s work toward their treatment plan by providing support, encouragement and assistance
- Complete household chores
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- One years' experience in the delivery of mental health services
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Reliability and strong communication skills
