Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Armed Guard to join our security team.
MUST HAVE CURRENT OPOTA AND OWN FIREARM.
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.

The Armed Guard will be responsible for protecting personnel, property, and assets while ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect unauthorized activity.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to identify potential security threats.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing first aid or CPR when necessary.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
- Enforce security policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Manage conflicts effectively and de-escalate tense situations as needed.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required to ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
- Certification in CPR and first aid is highly desirable.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with CCTV operations and monitoring systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety standards.
- Must possess the necessary licenses required for armed security personnel.
