Position Title: AI Solutions Specialist
Salary Range: $50K-$80K

Location: Sullivan, IL office - Monday to Friday – Not a remote position

Position Summary:

The AI Solutions Specialist is a pivotal role tasked with spearheading the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into the organization’s systems and business functions, including NetSuite, HubSpot, customer service, HR, finance, network operations, and more. This position aims to reduce operational overhead and enhance efficiency by leveraging AI to streamline processes, automate tasks, and improve decision-making. The specialist will play a dual role in shaping the organization’s AI strategy and managing the hands-on implementation of AI solutions, collaborating closely with technical staff. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of AI’s current enterprise applications and future potential in enterprise settings, combined with practical experience in technology-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Planning

• Partner with leadership to define and evolve the organization’s AI strategy, aligning it with goals to reduce operational costs and boost efficiency.
• Identify high-impact areas for AI adoption across systems (e.g., NetSuite, HubSpot) and functions (e.g., customer service, HR, finance, network operations).
• Research and recommend emerging AI tools and technologies to keep the organization ahead of industry trends.
• Lead the deployment of AI solutions, integrating them into existing systems with support from technical staff.
• Evaluate current processes and systems to pinpoint opportunities where AI can eliminate inefficiencies or enhance performance.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation of AI tools, including automation, machine learning models, and analytics solutions.
• Work alongside department leaders and technical teams to customize AI solutions for specific business needs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to staff during AI deployment, ensuring smooth adoption and functionality.
• Conduct training sessions to empower teams to leverage AI-enhanced tools effectively.
• Track and assess the performance of AI integrations, using metrics to measure reductions in overhead and gains in efficiency.
• Refine AI systems based on performance data, user feedback, and changing business requirements.
• Address and resolve any technical challenges that arise during or after implementation.
• Document AI projects thoroughly, including implementation plans, system configurations, and outcomes.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to data security, privacy regulations, and enterprise standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Experience

• 3 years in a tech-related field, with direct experience in AI, automation, or system integration
• Business analyst experience a bonus
• Experience in project management and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technology initiatives.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in AI technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and automation tools.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems including ERP (e.g., NetSuite), CRM (e.g., HubSpot), and other business applications.
• Proficiency in AI-relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is preferred.
• Understanding of data integration, APIs, and cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., AWS AI, Google Cloud AI).

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams and explain AI concepts clearly.
• Forward-thinking and proactive, with a commitment to staying current on AI advancements.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
