Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and performance of our internal teams. This role will focus on identifying training needs, creating tailored programs, and implementing effective learning strategies to improve job related proficiency, and overall employee performance.
The ideal candidate will have a background in training/ development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing others. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to exceed customer expectations and contribute to company success.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Analysis:
-Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs for various departments including but not limited to our Customer Service and Technicians. Collaborate with department leaders and managers to align training objectives with business goals.
Program Design & Development:
- Develop and create comprehensive training programs and materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led workshops, job aids, and technical manuals. Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and tailored to the needs of both CSRs and Technicians.
Delivery of Training Programs:
-Lead classroom-based and virtual training sessions on best practices, technical skills, product knowledge, troubleshooting, and company policies. Facilitate interactive activities, role-playing, and real-world scenarios.
Performance Tracking & Evaluation:
-Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, assessments, and performance metrics. Adjust programs based on data-driven insights to continuously improve results.
Coaching & Mentoring:
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to internal staff, offering support and guidance to reinforce learning and improve performance. Create a continuous learning culture within the organization.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with managers and HR to track progress, share insights, and provide recommendations for improving employee performance. Report regularly on training outcomes and initiatives.
Stay Current with Industry Trends:
-Stay up to date with the latest trends in training and development, customer service techniques, and technical innovations to ensure the training content remains relevant and impactful.
Qualifications:
Education:
-Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in corporate training, preferably within a customer service or technical environment.
- Experience in training CSRs, technicians, or other technical staff is a plus.
- Strong experience in designing and delivering both in-person and virtual training programs.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Strong instructional design skills, with the ability to create training materials that are clear, effective, and engaging.
- Knowledge of training technologies, learning management systems (LMS), and eLearning platforms.
- Ability to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach to training challenges.
Certifications:
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or other relevant training certifications are a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
