Responsibilities:

• Report to the company partners
• Maintain inventory, purchasing, and budget
• Support mechanics and daily operations revolving around vehicle/equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure safety compliance, train employees in safe practices, initiate and document routine inspections, and maintain equipment in line with O.S.H.A. standards.

• Collaborate with mechanics, truckers, and heavy equipment operators to ensure resourcefulness and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• 2 years shop management experience
• Mechanic experience
• Management or supervisory experience
