What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior BSA Analyst position at Metro Credit Union?
- BSA Certification and/or Certified Anti-Money Laundering (“CAM”) certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulations related to departmental duties such as Chapter X, the USA Patriot Act and the FFIEC BSA/AML Examination Manual.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to perform work with accuracy and diligence.
- Demonstrated time management skills with an ability to work independently but also be a team player.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills a must.
- Ability to present information in a clear and easily understood manner.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment, showing flexibility for changing priorities.
Work Environment:
- Position is eligible for Hybrid Work Agreement: minimum of 3 days/week in office: 200 Revere Beach Parkway, Chelsea. In Office: Mon, Tues, and Weds. Remote: Thurs and Fri.
- Position is eligible for Compressed Work Agreement (4x10) – all four days must be on-site in Chelsea.
- All new hires are required to work on-site in Chelsea for a minimum of 5 days of initial employment.
