Senior BSA Analyst

• BSA Certification and/or Certified Anti-Money Laundering (“CAM”) certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulations related to departmental duties such as Chapter X, the USA Patriot Act and the FFIEC BSA/AML Examination Manual.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to perform work with accuracy and diligence.
• Demonstrated time management skills with an ability to work independently but also be a team player.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills a must.
• Ability to present information in a clear and easily understood manner.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment, showing flexibility for changing priorities.

Work Environment:

• Position is eligible for Hybrid Work Agreement: minimum of 3 days/week in office: 200 Revere Beach Parkway, Chelsea. In Office: Mon, Tues, and Weds. Remote: Thurs and Fri.
• Position is eligible for Compressed Work Agreement (4x10) – all four days must be on-site in Chelsea.
• All new hires are required to work on-site in Chelsea for a minimum of 5 days of initial employment.
