What are the responsibilities and job description for the ABA Manager position at Metro EHS Pediatric Therapy?
MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to work as an ABA Manager at our neighborhood pediatric therapy center!
The ABA Manager will oversee one of MetroEHS’s clinical sites, ABA Programs, which includes ABA services to individuals with Autism, parent education, all BCBA’s/RBTs/BT’s, Practicum Students & etc. for those kiddos who receive ABA services due to the diagnosis of Autism. Ideal candidates possess the ability to lead, develop and advance the clinical ABA direction of the clinic, as well as have an appreciation for various treatment modalities delivered by Speech/OT Therapists, via implementing a collaborative approach of the delivery of services by working harmoniously with the onsite Rehab Manager for Speech/OT therapy services.

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy provides services at our therapy centers across the Metro Detroit area as well as staffing services for Special Education and Healthcare facilities across the state. Our unique strategy to assist others involves many therapy disciplines in one location, creating ease for caregivers of children that may need this approach to succeed. Our services include ABA Therapy, Feeding/Swallowing Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy & Speech Therapy. Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Current certification as a BCBA through the BACB.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable form of insured transportation
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills
- 3 years' experience leading/supervising behavioral programs and clinical staff
Job Duties:
- Direct, refine, and advance our clinical model to remain current with state-of-the art research and evidence-based practices
- Build staff capacity to serve more families; develop/retain clinical staff through professional development and supervision
- Collaboratively support the diversification and collaboration of OT/SLP therapy services;
- Provide leadership, management, and clinical direction for staff including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), Practicum Students
- Ensure all written training protocols and materials are up-to-date and support current training programs;
- Maintain caseload as determined by supervisor
- Will report to Director of ABA Clinic Operations for MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy
