Overview of Position:
The ABA Manager will oversee one of MetroEHS’s clinical sites' ABA Programs, which includes ABA services to individuals with Autism, parent education, all BCBA’s/RBTs/BTs, and Practicum Students. The successful candidate will be able to lead, develop and advance the clinical ABA direction of the clinic, as well as execute MetroEHS’s collaborative model with Speech/Occupational/Physical Therapists.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide supervision, training, and oversight to ABA clinical staff including but not limited to:
- Manage caseloads, ensure timely clinical documentation, and oversee BCBA/BCaBA staff training and supervision.
- Review and approve treatment plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with clinical planning and case reviews.
- Supervise technicians, conduct interviews, training, competency evaluations, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate client scheduling, monitor attendance, and collaborate on clinician caseloads and staffing.
- Facilitate staff meetings, support OT/SLP/PT services, and manage incident reports.
- Assist with clinic leadership duties, including serving as interim Clinic Director when needed.
Qualifications:
- Education/Licensure: Master's Degree. BCBA credential required. BCBA Licensure through the state of Michigan.
Experience/ Skills:
- 3 years' experience leading/supervising behavioral programs and clinical staff
- Prior experience with behavioral assessments, support plans, and progress monitoring tools
- Strongly rooted clinical skills in ABA
- Demonstrated ability to drive and manage change in a systematic way, engaging others through the process
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong analytical skills
