MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to work at our neighborhood pediatric therapy center!
The ideal candidate enjoys working toward the success of our pediatric clients and collaborating with other disciplines to help each child develop the SUPERHERO inside of them. We believe that each child can be successful in their own way with the help of others that are dedicated to that success. About MetroEHS:
MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy provides services at our therapy centers across the Metro Detroit area as well as staffing services for Special Education and Healthcare facilities across the state. Our unique strategy to assist others involves many therapy disciplines in one location, creating ease for caregivers of children that may need this approach to succeed. Our services include ABA Therapy, Feeding/Swallowing Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy & Speech Therapy. Affordable screenings for Speech-Language development, fine & gross motor development, sensory impairment, and autism are also offered.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Current certification as a BCBA through the BACB.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable form of insured transportation
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills
- Experience managing clinical staff and mentoring supervisory level clinicians
- The ability to lift 25 or more pounds as necessary
