Customer Service Representatives interact with our customers from the time they pull in the carwash until they leave in a shiny, clean car. You will work with site leadership to learn and maintain an excellence-focused team; uphold The Metro Express Car Wash Core Values for customer service and operational excellence.
- Greets and assists customers through the car wash process with a smile and focused attention
- Informs customers about promotions, sales, and memberships according to training standards
- Guides customers through the entrance of the car wash
- Promotes a safety conscious culture and safe working environment
- Ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Participates in facility, equipment, and property cleaning
- Goes above and beyond to help customers, colleagues, and live by the Core Values
