Janitoral Facility Maintenance
Metro Ford Sales Inc is seeking a motivated individual who is able to think on their feet and who is capable of managing their own time and responsibilities.
This Janitoral Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior cleanliness and maintaining building.
Duties:
- Collects trash and debris from all departments twice a day and places in designated collection area for removal by waste collector.
- Sweeps, mops and scrubs floors.
- Uses cleaning chemicals in a responsible manner.
- Cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces and furniture.
- Keep the premises neat and clean, the grounds free of debris and sidewalk area free of weeds.
- Remove snow as requested by supervisor.
- Applies ice melt as required during the winter months.
- Clean and maintain employee rest rooms daily.
- All other duties related to custodial work as assigned.
Requirements:
A valid driver's license and vehicle are required.
Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs without a problem.
