Shift : 8am-5pm
We're growing and we are seeking a highly motivated, adaptable individual with an interest in delivering excellent healthcare as a Primary Care Provider in Cleveland State University's Student Clinic.
DEPT SPECIALTY : Primary Care : Family Medicine
CLINIC TYPE : Student Health Clinic
VISIT TYPES : Scheduled and Walk-In Visits
PATIENT DEMOGRAPHIC : Comprised of CSU students, faculty, and staff
AGE GROUP : Primarily 18 (with the possibility of seeing 17 y / o freshman or family members)
SCOPE : Physicals, Preventative Care, TB Testing, School Forms, Women’s Health, OBGYN
SHIFT : M-F 8am-5pm
Requirements to be considered :
- MSN or grandfathered under Ohio Revised Code (Primary Care, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)
- Graduate of an accredited advanced practice registered nurse program
- Current registered nurse licensure in the state of Ohio Certificate of Authority as an Advanced Practice Nurse from the Ohio Board of Nursing Certification as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in specialty.
- One or more years of patient clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Provider, with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously; capable of providing care without physician supervision
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association or obtains within 90 days of hire.
- Obtains other advanced life support certifications applicable to practice area within 180 days of hire
