Shift : 3 : 30p - 12 am

Summary :
Operates as the lead technologist for assigned area(s), including, but not limited to, directing / maintaining effective workflows, patient throughput, and service recovery. Obtains diagnostic x-rays using radiation-generating equipment to aid physicians and providers in the diagnosis of diseases in infants through adults. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
Qualifications : Required :
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Has and maintains status as a Registered Radiology Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Has and maintains a valid Ohio Radiographer License through the Ohio Department of Health.
- BLS Certification from the AHA OR obtains certification within the standard probationary period.
- Must have 2 years’ experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with all key computer systems (i.e. Epic, RIS, PACS, etc.).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Must remain current with continuing education credits.
