Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and execute campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Lead Generation, and landing page (Word Press) optimization. This role requires a creative thinker with a data-driven mindset to support our short- and long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Create, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and ROI maximization.
- Develop and execute Facebook ad campaigns focused on driving leads and engagement.
- Design, build, and test landing pages to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Create or oversee blogs that are optimized for SEO to improve search engine visibility and engage target audiences.
- Analyze marketing data to track performance, measure success, and make informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with UMAS’s mission and services.
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to UMAS’s brand guidelines, typography, and color schemes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Proficiency in landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, WordPress, or similar tools).
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing and conversion optimization strategies.
- Experience in writing or managing SEO-driven blog content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with culturally tailored marketing strategies is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
