What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Coordinator position at METRO HOMES,INC?
General Summary:
Manage and supervise all activities of the home/apartment units, including staff coverage, payroll, and implementation of ISP’s (Individual Support Plan). Medicaid billing and implementation of behavior and individual programs. Handle crisis management and the purchasing of household/food/clothing supplies in compliance with program reporting requirements. Responsible for Daily Data Collection sheets which supports the active treatment plans to include behavior plans, Medicaid services documentation and health and safety forms. Ensure compliance of all funding sources, regulations and agency policies. Provide quality service and coordination among shifts
Key Functions:
- Preparation of work schedule for staff on all shifts assigned to home/apartment ensuring coverage per Medicaid ICF-MR/Waiver services.
- Prepare bi-weekly staff payroll and performance management related to staff attendance and performance
- Ensure all program implementation is documented appropriately and accurately.
- Responsible for ensuring and overseeing ISP/Behavior Plan implementation, staff training/modeling, data collection, and activity schedules.
- Review and ensure accuracy of monthly active treatment/behavior date collection forms and Medicaid documentation.
- Ensure documentation of all program reporting requirement,
- Responsible for ensuring menus are in the home/apartment, staff are trained on menus and special diets.
- Ensures that food shopping incorporates menu and client preferences.
- Responsible for all shopping related to overall operation of assigned locations.
- Ensure the health & safety of the environment.
- Responsible for assisting in medical emergencies to include coordination of transportation/staffing for medical appointments and accompanying people supported on medical appointments as necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license from state of residence to drive Metro Homes, Inc. vehicles
- Current CPR/FIRST AID
- TME Certification
- Ability to use Computers: Microsoft Office and Databases
- High school diploma
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) preferred in Human Service or related field
- at least 4 years experience or supervisory experience in providing services and support to people we support with developmental disabilities preferred
- Ability to communicate verbally and written English. Must be able to work independently and responsibly with confidential information.
- Must meet all of Metro Homes, Inc. and State Regulations requirements for pre-employment.

Pay: $44,826.36 - $53,984.44 per year
