Position Overview: Metro Property is looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our extended stay hotel guests. You’ll help create a welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out
- Handle phone calls, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of front desk or customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with computers and hotel management systems
- Available for full-time or part-time shifts, including nights/weekends
