Position Overview: Metro Property is looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our extended stay hotel guests. You’ll help create a welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out
  • Handle phone calls, reservations, and guest inquiries
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of front desk or customer service experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with computers and hotel management systems
  • Available for full-time or part-time shifts, including nights/weekends
