We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accessible. Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry into databases and systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage order entry processes, including verifying information and processing orders in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain files, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Utilize pivot tables and other data management tools to analyze and report on data as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Assist with clerical tasks as required, including answering phones, responding to emails, and providing support to other departments.
Experience
- Proven experience in an office or clerical role with a focus on data entry is preferred.
- Familiarity with databases and various data management systems is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Experience using pivot tables or similar tools is a plus.
