Metro Services is looking to immediately fill a Manufacturing General Manager position for an Automotive Manufacturing facility in Cibolo, TX. Duties for this position include :
- Responsible for the manufacturing and production of complex automotive components
- Establishes and maintains productive and effective relationships with management and department managers
- Fosters a successful production environment that is centered on quality and safety best practices
- Develops work standard manufacturing procedural documents
Oversees all aspects of a manufacturing plant, including production, quality control, maintenance, safety, and financial performance
Ensures efficient operations, meeting production targets, and maintaining high-quality standards while adhering to company policies and regulations
Manages department heads
Optimizes production processes
Monitors costs
Addresses operational issues and collaborates with other departments to achieve overall business goals
Compensation (USD) :
100,000 / year depending on experience
