Real estate property management firm seeks manager for a 364-unit Long Island City cooperative. Successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years coop experience. Must possess strong organizational / administrative / communication / computer skills. Must be familiar with all aspects of building/maintenance systems & resident/Board relations. Understanding of BJ Murray a plus. Evening Board meeting attendance required.
